How does a multiple silos single weigh static automatic batching system work in conjunction with other fertilizer production equipment?

The multiple silos single weigh static automatic batching system utilizes centralized PLC control and precise batch management to coordinate with all equipment in the fertilizer production line, achieving continuous and standardized production.

Coordination with front-end equipment: After receiving the formula instructions, it links with the raw material silos for arch breaking and discharge, controlling crushing and screening equipment to process materials to the appropriate particle size.  The materials are then quantitatively transported to the weighing hopper via a conveyor.  Feeding is paused after each batch weighing is complete, preventing overflow and mixing errors, and ensuring accurate measurement.

Coordination with core mixing and granulation equipment: After batching is complete, the materials are automatically discharged into the mixer. After achieving uniform mixing, the materials are transported to the granulator, such as a disc granulator or double roller granulator machine. The system links and adjusts the batching speed with the mixing and granulation rhythm, avoiding material blockage and uneven granulation, ensuring balanced nutrient content in the granules.

Coordination with downstream finished product equipment: Batch information is transmitted synchronously, linking with low-temperature drying, cooling, and screening equipment. Drying temperature is adjusted according to the fertilizer type, and returned materials are recycled for reprocessing. Qualified granules are then transferred to the packaging machine. Batch data is linked with packaging codes to enable batch traceability.

The system’s signals are interlocked with all equipment in the production line. In case of malfunction, it triggers a coordinated shutdown to prevent material accumulation. It supports one-click switching between multiple formulas and performs regular weighing accuracy checks. It also links with environmental protection equipment for start-up and shutdown, reducing raw material loss and improving the intelligence and compliance of the production line, making it suitable for large-scale and stable production of organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and other types of fertilizers.
