Working Principle of Multiple Silos Single Weigh Static Batching System

The core working principle of the multiple silos single weigh static batching system is to complete the static weighing and cumulative batching of raw materials from multiple bins sequentially through a single weighing unit according to a preset formula.  The entire process avoids errors caused by dynamic conveying and weighing. The specific process is as follows:

1. Formula Preset and Start-up

The formula ratio and target weight of each raw material are entered into the control system. After starting the batching program, the system opens the discharge valve of the first raw material bin according to the preset sequence, and the raw material falls into the single weighing hopper below by gravity.

2. Static Weighing and Precise Discharge

The weighing sensor monitors the hopper weight in real time. When the raw material weight reaches the set value for that component, the system immediately closes the corresponding raw material bin valve to stop discharging; at this time, the hopper is in a static state, and the weighing data is stable, effectively avoiding measurement deviations caused by dynamic conveying.

3. Multi-Component Cumulative Batching

After completing the weighing of the first raw material, the system opens the valve of the next raw material bin in sequence, and the next raw material continues to fall into the same weighing hopper for cumulative weighing, repeating the “discharge-weighing-stop” steps until all formula raw materials are added to the hopper in proportion.

4. Discharge and Reset

After all raw materials are batched, the system opens the discharge valve of the weighing hopper, and the mixed raw materials are discharged into the subsequent mixer or conveying equipment at once; after the discharge is completed, the weighing sensor is reset to zero, and the system resets, entering the next batching cycle.

The advantages of this system are single-scale reuse, lower cost, and high static weighing accuracy. It is suitable for organic fertilizer or NPK blending fertilizer production lines that require high batching accuracy, have a variety of raw materials, but have moderate production capacity.
