Is the new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator a wet granulation process?

The mainstream technology for the new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator is wet granulation.

  1. Process Positioning
  • Employs a wet continuous pusher/stirring tooth drum two-in-one granulation process, belonging to wet granulation.

  • Requires a material moisture content of 35%–60%, or the addition of a small amount of water/binder, relying on the liquid phase and mechanical force to agglomerate into granules.
  • Integrates mixing + granulation + balling + densification in one step.
  1. Difference from Dry Process
  • Wet process (mainstream two-in-one): Requires moisture/binder; high granulation rate, rounded granules; suitable for fermented organic fertilizers and high-fiber materials; requires subsequent drying.
  • Dry process (roller extrusion): No water added; formed under high pressure; high granule density; suitable for dry-based materials and compound fertilizers; no drying required.

III. Applicable Scenarios

  • Suitable for fermented livestock and poultry manure, straw, mushroom residue, sludge, and other organic fertilizer raw materials.
  • High granulation rate and good granule strength, suitable for the production of organic fertilizer/organic-inorganic compound fertilizer.
