Deepening the ASEAN Market: First Batch of Large Wheel Compost Turning Machines Exported to Laos in 2026

In January 2026, our company successfully shipped a batch of intelligent large wheel compost turning machines to the Savannakhet Organic Fertilizer Industrial Park in Laos, marking the official implementation of a long-term partnership regarding bio-organic fertilizer production lines. To meet the industrial park’s large-scale fermentation requirements, our technical team customized a widened rotary-disc model capable of continuous operation across multiple fermentation bays. Equipped with fully automated travel and lifting control systems, the equipment ensures uniform turning and ample oxygen supply, achieving complete material decomposition within 15–20 days and producing commercial organic fertilizer that meets Southeast Asian agricultural standards. The equipment features a streamlined structure with minimal wear parts, allowing for easy maintenance even at overseas sites lacking specialized technicians. To ensure safe long-distance cross-border transport, the equipment was disassembled and packed in sections; critical components were wrapped in anti-rust and moisture-proof materials and securely fastened throughout the journey to prevent damage from impacts. In addition to the main units, we provided spare parts and bilingual (Chinese-English) operation and maintenance manuals, alongside lifelong remote technical support. Leveraging extensive experience with overseas projects, the company has already established multiple complete organic fertilizer production lines in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. This shipment marks a strong start for our 2026 ASEAN market operations. We will continue to launch fermentation equipment tailored to tropical regions, offering comprehensive, one-stop solutions—covering plant construction, equipment, and technology—to agricultural input distributors and organic fertilizer manufacturers across Southeast Asia. We warmly invite overseas clients to discuss potential partnerships.
