Complete Fertilizer roller press Granulator Production Line Process

The fertilizer roller press granulator production line uses a fertilizer roller press granulator as its core. The entire process requires no drying and involves room temperature molding, making it suitable for the production of NPK compound fertilizers, BB fertilizers, and organic fertilizers. The process is simple, energy-efficient, and yields a high finished product.

  1. Raw Material Batching: Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium raw materials and fillers are batched according to the formula using an automatic batching system for precise metering, ensuring stable nutrient ratios and laying a solid foundation for granulation.
  2. Raw Material Mixing: After batching, the materials are fed into a horizontal mixer for thorough mixing, ensuring uniform integration of the various raw materials and preventing localized excessive or insufficient nutrient levels, thus improving the uniformity of subsequent granulation.
  3. Crushing and Screening: The mixed materials are crushed in a semi-wet material crusher and then screened to remove lumps and impurities, ensuring the material fineness meets standards and preventing die blockage and uneven particle size.
  4. Roller Extrusion Granulation: The qualified powder is fed into the roller extrusion granulator, where it is directly pressed into flaky cakes under high pressure. This stage is crucial, controlling roller gap and pressure to ensure a dense and continuous cake.
  5. Crushing and Granulating: The cake enters the granulator to be crushed into irregular particles, then undergoes multi-stage screening to separate qualified particles, large particles, and fine powder.
  6. Rounding and Shaping: Qualified particles enter the rounding machine for polishing, making them round, dense, and strong, with a more regular appearance, facilitating storage and packaging.
  7. Finished Product Screening and Recycled Material: Large particles from the finished product screening are returned to the crushing process, while fine powder flows back to the granulator for re-extrusion, forming a closed-loop production process and improving raw material utilization.
  8. Automated Packaging: Finally, qualified particles are metered, packaged, and stacked, completing the entire production line process.

The entire line is highly automated and operates stably, achieving continuous, drying-free, low-loss, and high-yield production, making it one of the mainstream processes for compound fertilizers and blended fertilizers.
