In January 2026, the compound fertilizer production line project in Uganda was successfully shipped.

A new year begins a new journey, and cooperation extends to the future. In January 2026, our company completed the entire shipment process for the compound fertilizer production line procurement project with a large local agricultural input group in Uganda. The complete set of production equipment was shipped overseas to the central agricultural production area of Uganda, establishing a modern fertilizer processing base. The Ugandan government continues to introduce agricultural support policies to encourage local fertilizer production enterprises to build factories, reduce reliance on fertilizer imports, and increase the yield of grain and cash crops. The East African fertilizer equipment market is ushering in a period of sustained growth. This client has been deeply involved in agricultural input distribution in Uganda for over ten years, covering a network of farmers in multiple regions and towns across the country. They planned to build their own standardized compound fertilizer processing plant. After multiple rounds of online communication, on-site factory visits, and observation of production case studies, the final decision was made to finalize the procurement cooperation for a complete customized production line. During the cooperation period, our foreign trade and technical teams tailored production line layout solutions based on the client’s factory site, production capacity planning, and local raw material conditions, optimizing equipment footprint and reducing factory infrastructure investment. We also provided one-stop supporting services, including factory equipment layout drawings, workshop water and electricity planning references, fertilizer formulation technical guidance, overseas on-site installation and training, and a year-round spare parts supply system, creating a full-chain service from factory construction to production. The equipment shipped this time was packaged and loaded into containers strictly in accordance with international trade standards. Our foreign trade specialists prepared a complete set of customs clearance documents, including certificates of origin, packing lists, and commodity inspection documents, ensuring rapid customs clearance. The logistics line directly reached East African ports, with real-time logistics information available for the client to track. After the equipment arrived at the factory, our experienced overseas engineering team was stationed on-site to complete installation and commissioning, and conducted a week-long hands-on training program, teaching employees equipment operation, routine maintenance, and simple troubleshooting. The successful implementation of this project in Uganda is an important achievement in deepening Sino-African agricultural and economic cooperation. In the future, the company will continue to deepen its presence in East African markets such as Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, exporting highly adaptable and cost-effective complete sets of compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer production equipment. With reliable products and comprehensive services, the company will empower the upgrading of local agricultural industries in Africa and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results in the agricultural industry between China and Africa.
