Powder Fertilizer Packing Machine

Powdered fertilizer packaging machines can be categorized into several types based on their level of automation, feeding method, and sealing method. According to automation level, they are divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging machines. According to feeding method, they are divided into single-spiral feeding and double-spiral feeding machines. According to sealing method, they are divided into heat sealing and sewing sealing machines. Different types of packaging machines vary in structural features, applicable scenarios, and investment costs. Scientific selection is key to ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment and achieving packaging efficiency and accuracy goals.

Equipment Structure

The structure of powder fertilizer packaging machines varies depending on the type:

(I) Semi-automatic packaging machine structure: Equipped with a screw conveyor, belt conveyor, and sealing device. After manual bagging, it automatically completes processes such as bag clamping, metering, filling, bag dropping, and conveying. Manual assistance is required at the sealing station for heat sealing the inner bag or sewing the outer bag.

(II) Fully automatic packaging machine structure: Composed of four main parts: automatic weighing packaging machine, conveying device, sewing device, and feeding machine. It has functions such as automatic bag feeding, bag loading, filling, bag delivery, and sealing. It can work in conjunction with various powder material equipment.

(III) Double screw feeder type: The conveying device below the powder silo is equipped with a coarse screw and a fine screw. The coarse screw is responsible for rapid feeding, while the fine screw is responsible for precise metering. It adopts a three-speed screw feeding method: fast, medium, and slow.

Selection criteria and procurement recommendations

When selecting a powder fertilizer packaging machine, the following key points should be considered:

1. Automation Level:Choose based on production scale and labor costs. Semi-automatic models are suitable for small to medium-scale production; fully automatic models are suitable for large-scale continuous production.

2. Packaging Specifications:Select the metering range based on the product packaging weight. Common specifications are 5-25kg and 10-50kg. Confirm whether the equipment supports rapid switching between multiple specifications.

3. Material Characteristics:Select the feeding method based on material flowability. Choose double-spiral feeding with anti-bridging technology for materials prone to clumping. Single-spiral feeding is suitable for materials with good flowability. For corrosive materials, ensure that contact parts are made of stainless steel.

4. Sealing Method:Select the sealing method based on the packaging bag material. Sewing and sealing are suitable for woven plastic bags. Heat sealing is suitable for composite film bags.

5. Equipment Quality:Prioritize models with all-stainless steel manufacturing processes. Pay attention to the protection rating of the weighing control system (IP54 or higher). Consider the maturity of the PLC control technology. Pay attention to details such as anti-bridging technology and dustproof sealing.

Application of equipment in production line

Powdered fertilizer packaging machines are used in the final product packaging stage of fertilizer production lines. Complete packaging units can be seamlessly integrated with upstream equipment such as crushing, batching, granulation, drying, cooling, and screening to form a complete automated fertilizer production line.

The target audience for the equipment

The main target audience for powder fertilizer packaging machines includes: equipment procurement and selection personnel in fertilizer production enterprises; production line process designers; equipment managers; and various production enterprises that need to automate the packaging of powder materials.
