In the production process of organic fertilizer equipment, temperature control is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1. Promote microbial growth: The fermentation process of organic fertilizer depends on the activity of microorganisms, and the growth and reproduction of microorganisms are very sensitive to temperature. The appropriate temperature can keep microorganisms active and accelerate the decomposition and transformation of organic matter.

2. Accelerate the decomposition of organic matter: the rise in temperature can speed up the decomposition of organic matter and shorten the fermentation cycle. In the high temperature stage, thermophilic microorganisms such as thermophilic actinomyces become dominant and are able to decompose complex organic materials more efficiently.

3. Improve nutrient conversion rate: The appropriate temperature is conducive to the conversion and stabilization of nutrients in organic fertilizers, so that the nutrient elements in fertilizers are easier to be absorbed and utilized by plants.

4. Ensure product quality: Improper temperature control will lead to a decline in the quality of organic fertilizer. When the temperature is too low, the fermentation is not enough, the decomposition of organic matter is not complete, and the fertilizer effect is poor. If the temperature is too high, it may lead to carbonization and ammonification of organic substances, and serious nutrient loss.

5. Prevent the material from caking: In the granulation process, the temperature is too high, the material will melt or bond, resulting in agglomeration of particles, affecting the appearance and use of fertilizer.

6. Protect the equipment: Reasonable temperature control can reduce the heat load and wear of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment. For example, too high a temperature may cause heat to accumulate inside the device, resulting in overheating and damage to the device.
