The temperature of the compost increases gradually as the ambient temperature rises to 45°C. The warm dominant microorganisms include bacteria, fungi and actinomyces, and the substrate differentiation is dominated by sugars and starches. Time can be found in the differentiation of the fruiting bodies of fungi, including animals and protozoa.
The organic fertilizer is stable under the conditions of high temperature and time rising to 45℃ above the high temperature fermentation time. At this time, temperature microorganisms wreathed havoc, and even died, among which the increase of thermophilic microorganisms was dominant. In the composting process of the residual sludge in the organic fertilizer granulator, the new soluble organic matter is oxidized continuously, and the hemicellulose, cellulose, protein and other disorderly organic matter also begins to competitive differentiation.
The activity of organic fertilizer fermentation microorganisms replaces the current, usually 60℃ thermophilic fungi and actinomyces are relatively strong, when the temperature rises to 70℃, fungi can completely stop activities, only thermophilic bacteria and actinomyces, most no longer use the temperature rise of 80℃ thermal microorganisms, enter the dormancy and death time.
Modern organic fertilizer production line compost temperature is usually 60 degrees, because most microorganisms are more active in this temperature range, easy to decompose organic matter, can kill most of the pathogens and parasites.
