For the organic fertilizer production, the most commonly use are new type organic fertilizer granulator, disc granulator machine and flat die granulator.
New type organic fertilizer granulator is mainly used for granulating the different kinds of organic materials after fermentation, for example, chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung etc. the materials moisture can be 30-40% high, no need to dry before granulation, the final product size is about 0.3-5mm,granulation rate can be＞85%,the organic matter remained is high. The pellet size is adjusted by changing the materials mixing quantity and the speed of the spindle.
About the
disc granulator, it’s also commonly use in the organic fertilizer production. The capacity can be from low to high, the operation is easy, final pellets are round and beautiful and the granulation rate is up to 90%. So it’s deeply like by customers.
As for the
flat die granulator,it’s a little special, there is a flat die inside, the powder is extruded from the die, and the cylindrical type pellets will come out.the length of the pellets can be controlled by the cutter,the polishing machine can work together with it to make the cylindrical granules into round shape ones.Besides the fertilizer industry,it’s also used in the animal feed making etc.
