The
organic fertilizer production line includes a series of processing of the organic matters, the following info for your reference.
First, fermentation
In simple terms, it is to collect animal manure, add hay and rotten silage to compost it, and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, a
compost turning machine is used to fully ferment the compost. Only timely and uniform turning of the compost can achieve this, otherwise some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will affect the quality and effect of fermentation.
Second, the ingredients are crushed and mixed
Use the batching bin to crush, mix and mix the composted materials, inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, and K, and other additives through a material grinder and a horizontal mixer in a certain proportion. The function of this system is to crush, mix and mix various materials such as composted materials, NPK inorganic fertilizers and other additives in a certain proportion.
Three, granulation
The new organic
fertilizer granulator machine is used to granulate the materials. The function of this system is to granulate the materials after the comminuted ingredients are completely mixed. Granulation is suitable for flat die granulators.
Fourth, screening and return system
There is a certain difference in the particle size of the granules output from the granulation and molding system, which requires sieving and classification. The selected rotary sieving machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change, and is equipped with a screen surface cleaning device.
V. The last step
1.Drying
An organic fertilizer dryer is used to further remove moisture from the sieved particles to meet the standard requirements for moisture content of organic fertilizer.
2. Cooling
Cooling the granular material with a cooler helps the hot granulated material output by the granule storage and quality dryer to enter the counterflow cooler from above. Dry air enters the lower part of the cooler under the action of the cooling fan, the hot and humid particles under the upper tribe are fully cold and heat exchanged. After cooling, the difference between the particle temperature and the ambient temperature is less than 5 ° C.
3. Packaging
The cooled granular material is conveyed into the finished product bin through the bucket elevator. Granular materials are quantitatively weighed and packed by automatic packing weighing.
