The discharge port is designed for cylinder control and baffle control.
5. Special
fertilizer granulator machine for organic fertilizer - including disc granulator, new wet granulator, rounding machine, drum granulator, etc. According to the characteristics of the raw materials, choose a suitable fertilizer granulator machine.
6. Rotary dryer - alias drum dryer, bio-organic fertilizer dryer, because the temperature of organic fertilizer drying cannot exceed 80 °, the dryer uses hot air drying mode.
7. Cooling machine - similar to the shape of the dryer, but the material and performance are different. The main engine of the dryer is made of boiler steel, and the main unit of the cooling machine is made of carbon steel.
8. Screening machine - including drum type and vibrating type. The screening machine is divided into a three-stage sieve, a secondary sieve and the like.
9. Granule Coater--The shape of the mainframe is similar to that of the dryer and the cooler, and the internal structure is very different. The inside of the wrapping machine is made of stainless steel or polypropylene. The whole machine includes the powder pulverizer and oil pump for matching.
10. Automatic metering and packaging machine--including spiral and DC type, single head and double head, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, customized according to customer's actual needs.
11. Conveying equipment - including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.
