7. Insert steel plate. Before installation, insert the steel plate according to the requirements of the equipment installation drawings, and the upper plane of the embedded steel plate should be on the same plane. The mounting unit provides the insert plates and bottom bolts required for installation
8. Install the foundation tray. The two ends of the screen body are installed on the foundation support by lifting, and the installation Angle of the screen body is adjusted according to the design Angle, and finally fixed welding.
9. Connect the feed port and discharge port, and connect the sealing plate supported by the lower part of the screen body.
10. Rotate the drum screen by hand, there should be no excessive resistance or jamming phenomenon, otherwise the cause should be found out in time to adjust.
11. After the roller screen machine leaves the factory, if the installation time is more than 6 months, the bearing of the large shaft must be removed and cleaned before installation, and new grease must be injected.
12. When the drum screen is closed for a long time (more than 30 days), the motor insulation should be shaken to avoid motor combustion.
