The planning and construction of organic fertilizer production line factories should generally comply with the following principles:
(1) The office area should be as far away from the fermentation workshop and the raw material warehouse as possible, and the office area should be in the upwind position of the factory.
(2) The passage of organic fertilizer raw materials into the factory should be independent and remote, separate from the main passage of the enterprise. (Organic fertilizer raw materials may be manure, and there may be leakage during transportation.)
(3) The staff living area shall be separated from the fermentation workshop and the raw material warehouse.
(4) Raw material warehouse - fermentation workshop - semi-finished product workshop - processing workshop - finished product warehouse, should have continuity, not far apart.
(5) There are two main links in the production of organic fertilizer, one is the fermentation treatment link, and the other is the crushing granulation packaging link. The space occupied by raw material fermentation treatment is relatively large, and the fermentation method and fermentation compost turning machine can be flexibly selected according to the purchased land area and investment funds.
