How to detect the wear degree of disc granulator

The wear degree of the disc granulator can be detected by the following methods:

1. Check the appearance, check the key parts: regularly check the disc, scraper, spray system and other parts are loose or wear. Observe wear marks: Check the surface of the disc for obvious wear marks, scratches or cracks.

2. Dimensional measurement, measurement gap: Measure the gap between the disc and the barrel to ensure that it is within a reasonable range (such as 35°-45° inclination). Use a caliper or micrometer to measure dimensional changes in key components, such as disc diameter, scraper thickness, etc.

3. Operation status monitoring, monitoring vibration and noise: monitoring the vibration and noise level of organic fertilizer equipment during operation, abnormal vibration or noise may indicate component wear. By observing the molding of the particles, judge the working state of the disc granulator, and uneven particles or a large amount of powder may mean wear.

4. Professional testing equipment, wear resistance testing machine: Use the disk wear resistance testing machine to evaluate the wear resistance of the disk and simulate the wear under actual working conditions. Use a high-precision electronic balance to weigh the worn part, compare it with the original weight, and assess the degree of wear.

5. Make regular maintenance records and establish maintenance files: record the time, content and found problems of each maintenance and inspection, and analyze wear trends. Record the replacement time of key components to know their service life and provide reference for future maintenance plans.
