4. Building layout: The building layout should be reasonable, the direction of the building should have good natural ventilation, convenient production scheduling, compact operation line and standard, so that the flow of people and logistics are separated.
5. Environmental protection: It should meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection, including but not limited to the impact of noise, odor and dust on the plant environment.
6. Road design: The road in the plant area should meet the needs of transportation and fire protection, and should be coordinated with the vertical design, greening and pipeline laying of the plant area.
7. Architectural design: Architectural design should be in accordance with the production process reasonable layout, comprehensive consideration of production scale, site, materials and construction conditions, etc., multi-scheme comparison, and should implement the applicable, safe, economic, standardized policy.
