Causes of abrasion of roll skin in the double roller press granulator

3. Improper operation: The operator fails to operate the organic fertilizer equipment in accordance with the correct operating procedures, such as excessive load operation, irregular lubrication maintenance, ignoring abnormal sounds, etc., which will accelerate the wear of the roll.

4. Poor raw material properties: the raw material contains hard particles or foreign bodies, or the moisture content is too high, which will increase the wear of the roll.
