INTRODUCTION
Rotary cooler is a new generation of high efficiency cooling machine developed by our staff based on many years' fertilizer production experience. It is paired with the rotary drum dryer for cooling the fertilizer particles in a certain temperature during the production process of fertilizer.This rotary drum cooler can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce labor intensity, improve the yield, further to remove part of water and reduce the fertilizer pellets temperature. At the same time, it can also be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials. The device has compact structure, high cooling efficiency, reliable performance and strong adaptability.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The main motor drives the belt and pulley and transform the energy to the driving shaft through reducer, then the counter gears installed on the driving shaft are drove to meet the large gear that installed on the machine body, so that these gears begin to rotate to opposite directions to drive the body began to work. The material is added from the feeding inlet to the inner part of the barrel. Under the influence of the draft fan (match with the machine), the air flows in the cylinder body is accelerated, and the lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the whole body continuously turns the material up, so as to achieve the goal of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out of the discharge port, and the material continues to enter as the motor continues to rotate, so that to get mass production.
STRUCTURE
The machine can be be divided into five parts:
1. Bracket part: The whole body rotation part is supported by the bracket, and the force is large. Therefore, the wheel bracket of the machine is welded by medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and pass strict quality control and special technical requirements, it has reached the purpose of use of the machine. In addition to the more important is the support wheel fixed on the rack, because of its body rolling belt will produce greater friction, our factory specially selected high quality anti corrosion, wear-resistant material, greatly improved the operatiom life of the machine.
2. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole cooling machine is excellent and important. The transmission rack is welded by high quality channel steel and has passed strict quality requirements.
3. Large gear ring: Fixed in the body, and transmission small gear teeth together, to drive the body work, the use of high tech wear-resistant material, so that the machine service life is longer.
4. Roll band: Fixed on both sides of the body to support the whole body.
5. Body part: The most important part of the whole cooling machine is the body part, which is made of high quality medium carbon steel plate, built in high quality and wear-resistant material, reasonable distribution and angle design,and pass strict quality control and specific technical requirements, the material is raised to form the curtain, to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation and powder.
